Pros

They care. And honestly that’s the biggest pro you can have at the end of the day. They make sure we are taken care of, as workers. Tools, ppe are provided and most of the trucks are very nice, honestly it’s all around a great job,

Cons

To an average person I would assume not working long hours, we work till the job is done, some times that takes a 13 hour day.. but if you love what ya do it honestly flys by.
