Year-round work with great pay, but physically demanding

there is work year round, they make sure we have work each week and have good pay. Great people to work with. Does the best compared to other branches.

Cons

Hard work and no defined time frame as projects need to be done. also hard work lifting heavy equipment and digging holes.
