      No direct supervisor, some company discounts(that I found out about myself, was never told), benefits

      Cons

      They will work you like crazy and not want to give a raise, poor communication, pay is low compared to other companies

      Pros

      Great manufacturer product to work with. Higher standards in the industry. Very nice work space conditions.

      Cons

      Poor service department management, more drama than there should be, no accountability and extremely poor communication. There is a conflict of interest between the manager and workers, keeping the employees' moral low and depart suffers greatly for it. This could be a great service department but it's held back by the manager.
