Pros

If you love entering data this is the job for you. All about the auto industry. Month end closeout food is provided the first day. Most weekends yiu are off. All about teamwork.

Cons

Pay can be better but you do get raises based on your ability to produce.

Pros

Great manufacturer product to work with. Higher standards in the industry. Very nice work space conditions.

Cons

Poor service department management, more drama than there should be, no accountability and extremely poor communication. There is a conflict of interest between the manager and workers, keeping the employees' moral low and depart suffers greatly for it. This could be a great service department but it's held back by the manager.
