Pros

My Schedule Monthly Bonus The work is easy and very repetitive Training is awesome. They really give you all the tools you need to be a great agent.

Cons

At first it was fun to work here and they cared about us. Now they've grown so big that they don't care about there employees and it close to impossible to make bonus due to new rules. And the bonus is what made this job worth it. Almost everyone that sits around be is looking for another job because the atmosphere is so negative now.

Overtime , good work schedule. Good experience for resume. Room to grow depending on dealership. Can move around dealerships .

Cons

Different personalities are hard to work with. No one works as a team , too much gossip not enough fixing real Time issues.

Many ways to make money and management is flexible at my location. 401k and benefits are offered even though I do no use insurance

Cons

Hard to hit all bonuses each month making it somewhat discouraging but if you work in the Automotive industry you will already understand this. Not much room for career advancement
