Steady paycheck Close to home Predictable overtime Room for advancement, parallel moves within company Monthly bonuses Nice break rooms and lunchrooms

Cons

Micromanaged to the point of causing undue anxiety and stress. Bonuses almost impossible to get, and your team leads bonus reflects if you got a bonus or not. You are just a number, and they fire for anything, especially quality. I was fired and the state determined that I was unfairly fired and I'm getting benefits.

Work you crazy hours and no holidays or time off! If you're on commission they expect you to work 60 hrs a week and Saturdays. no time for family. Shop facility is 20 years behind when sales department is light years ahead. have corporate Houston stay out of our business and leave our air conditioner on longer
