Car buying/leasing employee discount. Discounts on auto service. Thats about it.

Cons

Plenty of incompetent managers. Shady ways of doing business. Corporate is very disassociated from front line employees.

Call Center Agent

Pros

The pay is fair compared to other call centers in the Houston area; you get your own work space with a personal computer and phone line; occasionally the company will host pot lucks, raffles, and other fun events in the Service Development Center

Cons

The team leads are very unprofessional; it is a small amount of call center agents so you work your entire shift especially on Monday mornings; team leads and upper management gossip about agents all of the time; there is no such thing as privacy everyone knows everyone business even if you only tell HR about a medical issue somehow other staff members will know everything and gossip about it; It is a lot of micromanaging and a high turnover rate; limited room to grow within the call center
