I love the flexible hours at the company and the managers are easy going and doesn't give a hard time.

Cons

The salary rate isn't enough and there isn't any opportunity for growth in the company for accounting majors. Only good for entry level!.

good compensation potential, local management flexible with time off for personal affairs, many nationwide locations so relocating may be easy to do

Cons

scripted sales presentation and procedures, follow their sales processes or you're out, volume is the only thing that matters, cookie cutter philosophy to sales and operations for over 200 dealerships that doesn't always fit, medical benefit costs eat up your base salary, shifting pay plans lower compensation

don't fall for the blue sky pay plans..this industry isn't likely to ever be what it used to be.

too few employees trying to run the stores due to economic downsizing, working people way beyond normal overtime.
