      Health benefits and decent pay entry level. Fair with transferring and moving around within the company. Compensates business trips.

      Cons

      Long over demanding hours. Pay is easily competitive with other companies. Organization/ communication needed much improvement. Your job status caps out quick when trying to move up in the company. Training Is broad and vague.
