      Coworkers are nice to work with.

      Cons

      Worked there for almost a year, done everything above and beyond what was expected of me and out of the blue was told my position was no longer available. I was offered a part time, night and weekends position. Was promised a bonus check for 4 months. Just a heart less company.

      Pros

      Many ways to make money and management is flexible at my location. 401k and benefits are offered even though I do no use insurance

      Cons

      Hard to hit all bonuses each month making it somewhat discouraging but if you work in the Automotive industry you will already understand this. Not much room for career advancement

      Not much. At group 1 you are a number and get reminded of that fact often .

      Cons

      6 Day work weeks doing manual labor. long hours. Paper work to get an actual day off. you are expected to do LOTS of work unpaid. I've worked at several dealers and this place barely functions. UNBELIVEABLE Also .. nice guys finish last!
