      Lot of opportunities to learn new technology. Good benefits and pay.

      Cons

      Extremely damaged tech culture. People interfering in other projects, or trying to avoid work their team should be doing. Management does nothing but periodically lay off random people.

      Pros

      Good technical frameworks. Large systems with scale. Micro services architecture. you could learn a lot from multiple teams. Use to have good tech talent but gradually because of management decisions profit declined and survival politics on the ground ruined the culture. Good talent started leaving. Good for freshers and not for experienced engineers

      Cons

      Most work in India is maintenance. Not much complexity of work for senior person, most days it’s meetings and production maintenance
