Good pay and great benefits. Lots of opportunities to work on interesting and important projects, alongside people who are smart and fun.

Cons

Despite some shining stars, management is plain awful across the board. Inconsistent promotion practices, rampant ineptitude, lack of meaningful strategy, and absence of passion from so many who could make such a difference. Distributed offices are wildly out of touch with one another. Rivers of bureaucracy and politics run amok.

Pros

Technical Stack of Groupon is very good and I have learnt a lot other than programming languages. There is freedom of suggesting ideas related to business and work on those.

Cons

It is like most of the product companies. No major con.
