Micromanaging is on next level. You have to login all 8 hours work on a timesheet, and submit ON-call work report and weekly work report. The Tech Lead VP of India focuses on Individual Contributor leaves rather than focusing on the projects or the work. All great engineer is leaving the company and every single person is preparing to leave this organisation. Nothing is good here.
