      - Open culture, things are transparent and management does a good job in propagating the changes to each individual - Smart colleagues, really know how to do their job well - Excellent working environment - Focus on personal growth, $1500 each year for the same which you can use for training, books, attending conferences etc. - Highly collaborative teams
