      Pros

      My coworkers at Groups are amazing and the types of work we do are exciting and fun! I have a lovely work-life balance and am surrounded by people inspired by the product we create.

      Cons

      Groups has the normal ups and downs of a smaller 100+ corporate team. There are some fast moving changes as the team adjusts on the fly to the changing legislations and markets. All normal changes and growth.
