Pros

I work in operations, and I can honestly say I love working here. Is it a growing company? Absolutely. Has it had change and some hard moments? Yes. But I’ve never felt like those moments defined Groups What I’ve seen, especially over the last year, is a company that’s learning, adjusting, and genuinely trying to get better. From an ops perspective, I’ve felt valued. We’re not just the team that executes behind the scenes. Our input is asked for, and more importantly, it’s used. There’s strong cross-functional collaboration, and when things get complicated, people roll up their sleeves instead of passing blame. That kind of ownership and teamwork is something I don’t take for granted. The mission is real here. You feel it in conversations. You see it in how much people care about members and families. Even when the work is heavy, there’s a shared sense of purpose that keeps people grounded. I’ve also seen growth in communication, alignment, and clarity of expectations. It’s not a stagnant company (it’s evolving to always be better for the members we support) and I actually see that as a positive. There’s momentum. There’s accountability. And there are smart, thoughtful people who care deeply about doing this work well. No workplace is perfect, but I’ve felt supported, challenged in a good way, and proud of what we’re building. That’s why I’m still here, and am invested in the mission and growth of GRT.

Cons

Honestly, I would love to see mid year raises as well as annual merit raises

Pros

- Decent pay, benefits offering - the service is very much needed and often changes the lives of its members

Cons

- The CEO is a total disaster and lacks the maturity needed to manage the business long term. He’s great at laying off staff, entering into bad contracts, and confusing employees with lack of strategy and direction. Evidence of this is the huge amount of turnover at the c-suite that Groups has faced as well as the reviews you see here. - company cares little about the clinicians who are actually interfacing with members. They work them into the ground. If ever there was an ivory tower that’s out of touch with people actually doing the work, this dynamic exists at Groups - Product has failed to evolve, lack of movement on the brand, the offering, the technology. Members are fast realizing there are other options for telehealth based opioid addiction treatment.
