The culture here is very much team heavy, coming from a sports background and being able to work as a team, really helps with collaboration, growth, and the excellence of the company. You don't feel like you are isolated. The company supports you in having a family and being able to be present for your family.

Cons

Communication amongst changes could be better. But that's mostly all places.
