Great teams and people to work with on your level.

Cons

Office politics runs deep. Its a true who you know vs. what you know culture. You have to navigate who to keep on your good side to keep your job. Get on the wrong side of certain individuals and you're suddenly not a good culture fit, your reputation is stripped, your isolated, and eventually let go.

I love the people I work with. We have a great team! Everyone puts in their time and wants to do well with the products/projects they are working on.

Cons

Downside - I guess for some, they may not like the high expectations? I'm not sure why that would be bad but it's the only thing coming to mind. If you don't like to work and hope to just slack off, don't work here. LOL
