Company truly cares about its employees. Absolutely great leadership and always on the cutting edge to provide top notch service to members

Cons

There really aren't many cons to list. If i had to pick one, its that some employees don't buy into the company culture due to a cynical expectation that its fake, though every company has that to some degree.

Since the name change, Grow has tried to become a very "Utopian Organization". They became very controlling to the point of "Stepfordizing" their employees. They were to look alike, act alike, talk alike, etc., almost to the point of becoming robotic. In addition, besides spending an astronomical amount of money to change their name, they also made many poor financial decisions that wasted members profits.
