Pros
The people and environment are very friendly. The pay is good, and there are many opportunities to move upwards or laterally within the company.
Cons
Internal communication is not great, and the company uses third parties to handle much of their business. This means customers sending payments to places thinking it's coming straight to grow, then being confused when this isn't reflected in their account. On the employee side, it means constantly signing in to different applications to search for things like a check deposit or mobile transfer. And don't get too used to any one system, because as soon as you do it will be replaced by something "better".
