- Pay is good - Individual Branch Managers and Supervisors are amazing.

Cons

Our CEO is a joke. He speaks like he cares but only sees green. This company use to feel like a family. It now feels like a drag. Don’t work here! Our bonuses are crap! RS’s do all the work and get Pennies for their bonus. They have favorites so it doesn’t really matter about your work Ethic as long as you don’t disagree with anything you will do well.
