Pros

-Company does a lot to treat its employees well (bonuses, recognition, unlimited PTO, etc.) -Gives you opportunities to make a difference and directly impact business decisions and outcomes

Cons

-Health benefits are about average, maybe a little below (but it's a startup, so somewhat understandable)
