Pros

You are treated like a professional all of the time. The work atmosphere is full of energy and healthy competition. Unlimited PTO. The best culture I have been a part of.

Cons

The budget for travel is fairly low. Compensation could receive a boost as well.

Pros

Grow has an awesome product that fills a big gap in the BI space. The company invests heavily in their employees and trusts them to get the job done (no micro management). The culture and leadership is terrific.

Cons

Being such a young company, they aren't able to offer great base salaries.
