Pros

The coworkers were good to work with.

Cons

Favouritism, the politics, HR is actually an admin. Has no clue as what hes doing. The current on campus HR should have is job. But she quitting after only 4 months. Zero policies, male chauvinist company.. upper management say that they support me as a veteran but do not offer growth plan or raises. The CEO constantly threatens everyone's job. When all the The bad decisions made he supported. Fired people that are not suing the company for sexual harassment, wrongful termination.... I could go on and on. No I'm not a disgruntled former employee. I'm a former employee that likes the company but dislikes the way the company is being ran. That's why I resigned, due to the lack of leaders in upper management.

Pros

Free beer on Friday. Good co-workers

Cons

Constantly lied to by upper management. Worked more time than I had off, only to be told to work harder. Promoted people with no experience over hard working individuals that deserved the job but didn’t have an “in” with the CEO and COO.

Reactive Company- Shoot First Ask Questions Later

Pros

Good, hard working people to work with, free shirt once per month and the fans. Veterans being given a chance and the events honoring them.

Cons

This is a totally ambiguous company, they have no idea what is really going on but do a great job at faking it. The "command" or leadership team needs a lot of executive training and experience, they retaliate and play mind games with their staff and joke about it at the end of the day. The more in control they feel, the more reactive decisions they make to maintain control...it's weird! The company is veteran owned and prefers to do everything from a militaristic stand point, even though only 30% of the actual staff are veterans. If you're not a veteran, you have to learn all of the military jargon. They do give veterans a chance, but they also give those coming right out of active duty a VP role, even though they have very limited experience in a corporate type position. They moved to Texas and basically did a staff purge in Illinois. On any given day, we had no idea who'd be terminated. They even canceled employees relocation after they terminated their leases and were on their way to relocate.
