Pros

The veteran community, and also the laid back work environment.

Cons

This company cries for veterans to be hired with them, I am a veteran and I took the time to ask for help due to my disabilities, yet I was asked to leave and they would call me back in a week for a Facebook interview. They never called, I took it upon myself to go in with my wife and ask the first sgt of the company why I was let go and never called back because I asked for help with moving with my disabilities. Horrible HR department, horrible retain rate because of lazy and fat leadership.

Pros

Free t-shirt if its under $20 once a month, if your selection is over-stocked

Cons

There is very little work/life balance. You are expected to be available just about 24/7, to the point of being expected to respond to emails on the weekends/after work hours within one hour regardless of what the subject/urgency is. Turn over is VERY high (2016 was over 70%) with most of the churn being in Production/Shipping. Benefits are pretty crappy. The health insurance has a very high out of pocket and is VERY expensive. During a company meeting, a "Guest Speaker" came in to give a motovational speech to the company. The speaker asked the Owner, Chief Operating Officer (COO), and Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) if there was ANYONE in the company who they would like to recognize for their hard work... None of the 3 individuals could come up with anyone..... Management rules through a culture of fear. Make a mistake and they will fire you immediately.... Unless you are part of the "popular crowd". Inter-departmentally, the company is extremely fractured. Excessive amount of meetings. If you are in a leadership role, you can expect to spend 1/4 to 1/3 of your time in meetings, most of which are redundant and simply rehash the same material. For a company that touts the importance of "American Manufacturing", everything is manufactured overseas. The only thing that is done "In House" is the actual printing of the shirts. The majority of the garments come from Nicaragua, Eygpt, Pakistan (Seriously PAKISTAN?!?!?!), and other countries. Even the "Made In The U.S.A." design shirt is from Nicaragua (Ironic I know).
