Pros

They have beer thirty. And fairly relaxed ....

Cons

Micro managment. This is your job...but don't actually help customers. Tell them it is being shipped soon, yet hasn't been in Stock I weeks and won't be on the production line for another few weeks. Ooh, profit share...just out of reach. Sucks all the life out of people, turnaround rate is insane. All they really care about is the money in their pockets.

Pros

The people that work here are some of the best people I know. We are more of a family than anything. I know that if I needed something I could ask just about anyone in the building and they would help. We have the freedom to express ourselves by being able to show our tattoos and wear almost whatever we want. Unlike most companies that require a button down and slacks we get to wear the clothing that we make. We also have the opportunity to be able to move up in the company very easily. They are very good about hiring people for open positions within the company. Working with other Veterans that have the same dark humor is always a plus!

Cons

Some of the management can be a constraint sometimes. The more we grow the less we are being micro-managed; but it is a work in progress. If you are salary don't expect 9-5 every day! There's a lot expected out of the employees sometimes without the right tools. Overcoming and adapting is something you will learn here very quickly. The pay is also not as great as it should be but the pros usually outweigh the cons.

Communication is key- but that key is missing

Pros

Great co-workers Fairly accommodating employers/managers Unique line of work Great Products Decent benefits The workers here truly care about what they do, often logging long hours and going the extra mile to get great products out to the customer. Truly, they are the reason for getting three stars instead of 2.

Cons

A Company "First Sergeant" with terrible communication skills and equally terrible math skills who will not hesitate to throw anyone under the bus who inconveniences him and who will take any and all credit for solutions provided. Communication between departments in general is one of the main cons here. We have 5 different ways to communicate here and yet it seems important information is often not shared. There's also a "do more with less" attitude, make more money- make more shirts- but with less people, less equipment. But I guess that's just part of the growing process.
