      Pros

      This is my fourth diagnostic sales job and I can honestly say!! I AM HOME!!!!!!!!! This is a first rate company to work for that seriously pays great attention to their employees and puts the patient first and foremost! I have been here for 17 months and love waking up to working for a company that is the leading liquid biopsy company in the world and the founders, leadership and entire sales team and Regional Directors are simply incredible! The national sales meetings are simply spectacular! Thank you GH for being an amazing place to work and for constantly working to offer the best liquid biopsy for patients!

      Pros

      It’s been an upward ride as the company continues to grow rapidly and is successful (definitely an exception in Silicon Valley). Lots of strong talent and hard work makes it a great and engaging environment to work in. Specifically as an engineer, lots of autonomy and responsibilities, leading to interesting opportunities and meaningful work. Company is unified by a strong, marketing leading core product that affects real patient lives. You will be working on a product that matters in a company with opportunity to grow your career.

      Cons

      There are some growing pains as the company is scaling so quickly. Also, issues with lack of resources in HR and improvements could be made to the hiring process. Good new is that changes are being made and the company moves quickly and iteratively. If you can keep up, thing usually change fast and for the better.

      -The Company Mission is noble

      Cons

      -Managers and Supervisors play favorites and do not promote based on performance. -Too much work is assigned to complete in the time given. People work themselves sick and are afraid to call in sick because the work stacks and so you never get to recover physically or mentally. -Little to no encouragement or support is provided and the same people are always recognized even though their contribution is less than others. -No oversight by the higher up people. -The annual surveys are not discussed at all, no changes implemented. -At least 6 people on our team are looking for new jobs because of the current climate. -Work/Life balance has eroded.
