      Pros

      1 - People (colleagues). 2 - Great Product 3 - Some benefits are ok. 4 - Great PTO

      Cons

      1 - Too much Micromanaging. Supervisor aways looking at your shoulder. 2 - Company growth 3 - Too much updates with a training that is not very effective. 4 - Compensation (worst Comp for West Coast I have ever worked for). Be aware that if you get pay by hour, they will give you work for 10hrs, but will push you to work in 8hrs (you will probable have to do OT without getting pay).
