Catered lunches, some good people who truly embody the value of putting the patient first, benefits/comp are high

Cons

Toxic work environment stemming from constantly-fighting overcrowded leadership team. Priorities constantly re-pivoting without communication. Disingenuous management.

free food, good benefits, remote/hybrid work is an option for certain positions

Cons

my department seems overworked, including myself. people, specifically higher upper management are not very friendly and don't care about team bonding ( although they say they do on paper). people seem to be afraid of making mistakes and very often there are unrealistic expectations put on employees which add more stress and conflicts with the whole work balance myth this company is promoting.
