      Good work-life-balance. With stock options, the benefits are excellent. Company goals are also good. The team is also good.

      Cons

      Not much. Due to recent layoffs, the majority of the team members are stressed and unable to predict.

      Wonderful Entryway into the world of Biotech

      Pros

      This place has been nothing short of an amazing job, particularly as an entry level position. Buffet style lunch every day, comprehensive medical, stock options (in time), and loads of on-site benefits and perks. I feel heard and seen as an employee here.

      Cons

      Because of the dynamic nature of this growing company, many features seems to change on a monthly basis. Not to mention how necessary every hand on deck is, it can be difficult trying to request certain days off. Aside from that, there’s not much else to complain about.

      Immense satisfaction knowing you’re part of the process in helping patients. Continuous improvements are highly encouraged by management to help with the workflow.

      Cons

      Guardant is constantly growing and so is the workload. Can be overwhelming for some if you’re not cut out to be in a fast paced environment.
