      Pros

      On the oncology side, we have one of the best senior managers I've ever worked under. Long terms plans and goals are consistently shared with the group and there is a lot of communication between teams (if you're willing to reach out). I find the salary to be fair and the benefits pretty good.

      Cons

      Some worries about the short term financial health of the company, but expect that to resolve in the future given the wealth of high quality products in the pipeline.

      Pros

      It was a great experience. Pay was good. My supervisors were extremely nice and welcoming. The work atmosphere was also very nice as well. The internship program is set up well. They have several programs specifically for interns to learn more about the company and build their skills. Great company truly!

      Cons

      I wish I was given a little more work that produced greater results for my portfolio.
