Open area desks makes it hard to focus, but there are conference rooms you can use if you really need to focus.

Fast paced env with meaningful outcomes. Extremely brilliant team solving problems nobody else could figure out. Very tight knit team at lower management with little attrition. This speaks volumes about the culture.

Cons

Senior management a bit disconnected from teams and oblivious to the amount of work out in to make this such a successful company.
