      - No cubicles, if you are used to privacy. - Communication breaks down every now and then between different departments. - Very basic benefits

      Pros

      Extremely competitive pay. They provide lunch and keep a fully stocked break room for their employees. Good health insurance at a very low cost for their employees. The nature of the work is pleasant and enjoyable. You earn three weeks of PTO your first year. The office nice and comfortable and the dress code is office casual. Everyone on my team gets along well!

      Cons

      So far, there aren't any. I'm not making this up. It's the best job I've ever had!!!!
