      Pros

      Great people you get to work with in the branches. Overall fun place to work because of the people. For the most, a extremely laid back place, depending on the manager. Benefits are great! paid time off healthcare!

      Cons

      Upper management is either slow to get stuff done. Seems to me cooer management doesn't seem to like giving out raises. Poor Compensation.

      Pros

      The branch level were very nice to work with.

      Cons

      Company goal is to save money by under paying employees instead of increasing revenue. They promote unqualified employees into middle management positions where they are doomed to fail. But upper management is accepting of this because it keeps the payroll low.
