Pros

- Descent pay - Flexible schedules - Great team at non-management levels. - Aircraft maintenance seemed good.

Cons

- Promoting people as managers that are poor decision makers and will use you as a stepping stone to further their own career at your expense. - Flight Training program needs a ton of work. - Managers creating and allowing unsafe practices condoned by upper executive level positions. - Training Dept lead unwilling to accept recommendations for positive change and/or constructive criticism. - Fiscally irresponsible. Prefer to let you go rather fix a problem. - Disconnect between what the COO safety message is and what some of his leadership are actually messaging via actions.

Pros

They take care of their employees Management actually listens to complaints, issues, etc. and follows through with a resolution They also care a great deal for their applicants - they fly them in and provide housing for interviews and training!

Cons

Old-school onboarding and benefit enrollment for new hires, it can get confusing. Who uses fax anymore?
