Good equipment and maintenance clear expectations No major external pressure on PIC to act outside of personal comfort levels great schedule additional work available decent pay

Cons

Geo modifiers don't really make up for commute to less habitable locations.

This is an amazing industry. Everyone at Guardian Flight is very friendly, cordial, and professional. Thoroughly enjoyed my 6 weeks there.

Management supports you, aircraft new and well maintained with SAS/autopilot, 14 on and 14 off schedule, 14 off is like getting a mini vacation all the time.

Cons

Not uncommon to fly all night on a regular basis, challenging on one's body.
