Pros

Free soda in the breakroom

Cons

Poor management, gossipy employees, rough hours, poor training. All of the good employees jumped ship and no longer work there. People develop health issues working here.

Can be flexible with scheduling, opportunity to travel throughout the state and meet interesting people.

Pros

Great locations, friendly headquarters personnel, friendly/professional work environment, autonomy to effectively do the job, exceptional QOL by being able to wait for transportation requests from home.

Cons

Pay was insufficient to mitigate housing investment risks for my large family in the small mountain town where I was working.
