Pros

The only thing that retains the pilots is the schedule. Honestly, that is the only positive thing that can be said about Guardian Flight. The pay is reasonable, but not any better or worse than a pilot could make elsewhere.

Cons

Consider the "Frog in a pot of water" analogy. The company seems ok at first but incrementally it will suck the joy from your soul.

Growing pains that are still being worked out. Benefits are terrible.

Pros

The best reason is the gratification of helping those in need. Most nights you are at home in your own bed unless you are based at other stations.

Cons

Management has a totalitarian way of running business. You are not listened to. Aircraft are duct taped together. Morale is very low. Management likes to push employees out the door every 5 years to keep cost down. An accident waiting to happen. Also known as American Medical Resource Group...read those reviews.
