Autonomy, and great scope of practice. Flighting in one of the most beautiful places on earth. Do your job well, and they leave you alone!!! Good pay.

Cons

Like most HEMS companies, reimbursement pays the bills. With so many changes, the company is hurting. Poop rolls down hill

Fulfilment, appreciation and comradery. Each mission is different and this type of flying will leave you with a sense of pride after each flight.

Short call outs. Stress levels can be high at times.
