Pilots were fantastic to deal with

Cons

Clinicians were horrible and god complex like. Would continue to be told there were there to help me succeed and never give me input on how to improve. Back stabbing and lying throughout the base. Management was so disconnected on what was actually taking place at bases. Pay was terrible

Cons

The DO and Director of safety were recently brought in from a sister company and they don’t seem to care about the pilots on the line.
