Pros

Freedom of making your own career decisions. There is truly no cap on your earnings. You can take your career in any direction personal or business clients, complex or simple transactional whatever you decide. Great for self motivated individuals.

Cons

The training programs for new representatives is not coordinated throughout the system. You still must be self motivated. If you are not financially stable or do not have a spouse with an income that allows you the time to develop this is probably not the career for you. Commitment to technology could be better.

Pros

- headed in right direction - you really are allowed to be an entrepreneur - if you have a vision, don't look elsewhere for this industry - create big impact for clients

Cons

- if you don't put in the sweat equity of picking up the phone, this is not for you - if need a steady paycheck - this is not for you - if you're looking for a 9-5, please disqualify yourself - you'll be underpaid your first few years for your work, in the future you'll be way over paid for your effort. Imagine making high 7-figures for 30 hour weeks.
