Pros

very good training to prepare for B2B and B2C, the use of technology improved.

Cons

Does not pay full premium to financial representatives, the commissions paid are pieced off, and the errors and omissions coverage is way to expensive as well as the benefits. Not enough incentives to become a financial representative and best to broker policies.

Pros

Good Reputation of Products. Good Whole Life Choices

Cons

They Lie about statistics. Their business is in decline. No one in my Agency came close to the projections that were made when recruiting, they don't tell you about the washout rate. One in 10 people will last 4 years so when they say that the top 1000 agents are making big money, they don't tell you that they had to hire 50,000 agents to get to 5000 agents. The odds are 1 in 50 on a good day that you will be at the income level. They nickel and dime agents on expenses. Their errors and omission insurance that is required is way over market rates. Probably 1500-2000 of there agents are not producing the minimum suggested for new commissions and can be fired at any time. If salary exceeds commissions and new commissions do not come in on time, renewals are forfeited. Their software is confusing and difficult to use. Their mainstay products are not attractive in this low interest rate environment. Their term products are approximately 30% more than competition.

Pros

Great location, nice people to work with and great products.

Cons

New office, no support from corp. Need a lot of money saved up to last! You get told one thing and another happens, have to split you deals, new management does not know what they are doing. Over all not a good place to start out.
