Pros

Nice offices, people act nice to your face at least

Cons

There's been a lot of talk about how workloads are too heavy from leadership, but nothing is actually done about it. Sort of just "deal with it." You're expected to work when you're sick. People are underpaid. Everyone is always underwater. Things that are menial feel high stakes. Benefits get worse year by year. They stopped even giving us the minimal free breakfast. The free lunch is awful. You might be told you're doing a good job but you will never have anything to show for it. Zero room for career growth.
