Pros

the location is good since it is in the city and near water st and wall st. The company is under what a NYC company should be paying. But the required week hours is 35. A good company to work for if you are nearing retirement or would like to find a company to retire for. The company is conservative but effective. The company offers a pension plan.

Cons

Slow paced company. Locations are only in NYC and PA. Salaries are lower than AIG, etc. Tuition Reimbursement is 2k a year. 401k match is low. not as many half days as other company's.

Pros

The company provides a lot of room for both upwards and lateral movement within the company. They promote from within a lot. Compensation and benefits are good as well.

Cons

Hard work often goes unnoticed, unless you are in an externally visible position, such as customer service. No overtime even if you work 50 hours a week.
