Pros

Location is great and good places to eat and get a break from work. Good for interns and college graduates to start.

Cons

Nepotism, favoritism, and just poor managements...

Pros

We do make a difference in people's lives. The Guardian portfolio and Living Balance Sheet is great.

Cons

Technology is slow to get updated. The training program needs to be tailored better towards the needs of the different levels of advisors. There is a lack of accountability across the board in management.
