Pros

Having worked for other great companies in the past (Procter & Gamble), Guardian is a great company. Management philosophy is clear and client-focused. Philosophy of care is exceptional. Client planning process is excellent. Excellent compensation for performance. Excellent mentors who care

Cons

As with every company, there are day to day irritants. Get over it.

Not many people know of Guardian Life Communication between Home Office and Agencies could be better Technology (Some systems are not up to date/slow/behind- there is a disconnect, new devices on old systems do not work)
