Pros

nice people, unlimited pto, competitive salaries,

Cons

They go through restructuring so much that you never know if your job is safe unless you have a good manager who protects the team. They have turned anti- remote and the awesome pool of talent has left under the current CEO, including a very obvious amount of women in senior roles under, who were there for 10 plus years - growing and mentoring others.

Pros

The company offered really affordable benefits including medical, dental, vision, life, and so on. They also offer a generous PTO plan

Cons

Micromanagement and a very intentionally difficult performance goal. This job was primarily email-based with occasional phone calls. The company was aware that both the volume of emails and calls were very low. They still wanted several emails ‘completed’ per hour and intentionally set an impossible to meet performance productivity standard. My immediate boss was counting my mouse clicks per minute.
