Pros

I love how great they treat family members and friends. It's awesome how they get the best treatment and don't have to follow any rules. Favoritism, its so fun! The stress levels are high too, which is great because everyone enjoys that. The benefits are fantasticly expensive so it's a good thing my pay was low enough for me to still qualify for accss. Thank you! The managers clearly cared, because they were always in meetings, or trying to look busy, placing blame on everyone except themselves. It can't be their fault, so I'm glad the employees got the blame. I'm so sad I had to leave.

Cons

I can't think of any cons, the place was just so amazing. I have to work at a place now that treats everyone equally. Darn.

Pros

Pharmacy is large with lots of open space and employees there are laid back. I really loved my team and trainers.

Cons

They wouldnt give me the hours I needed. They said I could only work 20 hours each week until I'm trained but that means it would take twice as long to be trained! Then they kept changing my hours even though they said I could pick my schedule. I didnt have gas and no gas money so they fired me because of the no tolerance policy. No hearts!!! This was the week after the owner visited and gave a speech about how he wants it to be a world class place to work and he invents in his employees. Thats why you hardly pay your employees and then fire them when they cant afford to come in?? One of the HR ladies was rude from the time I started and never liked me. No wonder she pushed me out. Its a bad sign when the pharmacy director is bailing. There is so much drama and bad moral here and it's clear who is causing it, but they still let her run the place. I guess no one else can take it too. This place is terrible, all the employees are miserable.
