Pros

Half of your leads are already generated (warm handoff). Decent company benefits (Armstrong Group is the parent company).

Cons

No car or phone allowance or any reimbursement for travel. Half of the leads are cold calls. Company is very tight with marketing and social media budgets, etc. Most customers know your competitors but not Guardian.

Pros

Flexible schedule in that they understand people with family obligations

Cons

The way this company is run out of the other branches outside of main headquarters is a joke. There is a complete disconnect and there is no clear handbook on employee rules, etc. Pay is lower than industry standard, although the benefits are decent, employees are not paid clearly or what they deserve. No transparency between management and employees and with strong competition out there, it doesn’t seem worth it to stay with the company.
