Extremely bad IT support and lap tops or tablets not intended for commercial use constantly failing. Company focuses more on a techs personality rather than ability ( many inexperienced techs). Required to work 9.5 hours to get paid 8 ( 30 minutes travel deducted in a.m. and p.m. travel ). Many support departments treat techs like subordinates and are adversarial, inventory system is a mess too.

High turnover. They hire unqualified warm bodies then throw them to the wolves. The place felt like a sinking ship.
